We are a surf and travel agency run by a tight group of friends.
We started this project in 2019 because we could not imagine spending our next 40 years sitting behind a desk. We wanted life to feel like a surf trip does: immersed in nature, surrounded by close friends, far away from the rat race and routine, chasing new waves and new experiences.
We organize authentic surf trips for surfers of all levels. Whether you’re dreaming of riding your first wave or getting your first barrel, we will always recommend you the best surf trips for your level.
There are few things more satisfying than improving your surfing, discovering new incredible destinations and having more fun with friends in the water.
Our goal is to bring people together through surfing and to open doors for new friendships: a Tribe of surfers connected with nature, the Ocean, and people and cultures from all over the world.
Most surfers joining our trips are solo travelers and our groups are mixed and International: no matter your surf level, we make sure that every trip you join with the Tribe makes you a better surfer and creates long-lasting memories and bonds.
Our surf trips are always in collaboration with local partners and communities, to offer you unique and exciting surf adventures throughout the year.
We are aware of the impact surf travel has on our planet and we want to put the planet and the communities that host us over profit.
We always collaborate with locals and give back to nonprofits that help protect and clean the oceans, through our partnership with 1% for the Planet.
On the one hand, we create unique surf retreats for surfers of all levels: from adventures in Ghana to group boat trips to the Maldives to nature experiences in Portugal.
On the other hand, we are committed to being your expert travel agent, hand picking the best local experiences around the world and always suggesting you the best option for your level, budget and season.

We are a small group of friends that founded the Tribe in 2019 in Switzerland to share our love and passion for surfing because surfing changed our lives.

If something is not working on the website or the last Instagram post is two weeks old, that's Gianfranco's fault. He had to choose between fixing bugs or enjoying some good waves – and he chose the latter.
When he is not developing exciting new surf trips with partners and helping you find the perfect surf trip for your level, you can probably find Riccardo sliding on his mid-lenght or playing music with friends.
Often living out of his van, Stefano manages to fit in the same morning an early surf session followed by hours of looking at tables and numbers. He prefers surfing to crunching data.

Born landlocked right next to the Alps, Claudia now spends as much time as possible in the Ocean surfing. When she's not charging the waves, she will be advising the team and helping develop new exciting partnerships.
